What other 'retro' stuff do you use....??

I use a technics micro separates in living room for better quality sound from tv. A old ghetto blaster with tape, radio and built in tv that gets used in bathroom, tv bit doesn't get a signal but still works. And some old binoculars that I use now and again. Oh and some old cameras stuffed in bedroom draw.
Most of music I listen to is retro too. Haven't got time for today's music! Pile of crap it all is!

Last night I was listening to my 'M' album on my turntable and kenwood amp.

Everybody talking 'bout Pop Music!

1956 Omega Seamaster de Ville. The only problem is that it's going up in value and getting a bit pricey for daily wear...

Nice watch Hamster, years ago in another life i used to see variants of this model in 18kt, the cases were english made (under license)...bizarrely they could be bought for a bid above scrap value (yeah i know  )

Bought it from a dealer for £250 in 2000...at that time nobody seemed to want the stainless ones.
And it seems that the gold ones were similarly only worth scrap.

Now they seem to be over £1000 for straight examples.

I cry a little when i see a re-painted dial fat-lug seamaster (often), nobody will need magnfication to understand how original your example is...-beltin lot our kid', great choice, thanks for showing.

Samsung S2

Mostly furniture. I have a 1970s brown velvet Parker Knowle sofa (sitting on it as I type) which used to live in my mate's parents dental practice. Years of trepidation and fear ooze from it's very core. It was given to me for free and I love it.

I also have a 1960s Ercol table and chairs. It belonged to my father and his first wife. My mum (his second wife) has wanted it out the house for decades so last summer I obliged. Again for free

This is currently my favorite timepiece.

Big Arnie fan here. Had one then sold it but I've since had several come my way for servicing and/or reluming. Great looking watch that wears well, even if you have a skinny wrist like me. I'd love another one but the prices have doubled in the last few years.
