What now? Cable Cover Screws Busted

Anybody got any ideas to remove the tiny screws on a M740 shifter (cable cover ones) when the screws heads are knackered? -wasn't me!

Oh, and does any know where to get replacements?

Drill out a tiny hole and then use a torx.

Ha. Yeah. Kind of wish I'd have gone the plusgas route before rounded the bolt head. Now I'm in a whole world of mechanical hurt. Good luck!
