The older Ti-glides had a different freehub body, probably aluminium coloured black (I have one, at least I think aluminium as it doesn't feel steel and is lighter than the steel and it dents lik ethe Ti freehub.

that front is a lightweight. The Ultralight is a road hub and everything is a lower profile.
From what I've seen on here it's the thinner flanges at the front of all 4 (ultralight, lightweight, suspension, Fatso with covers that seem to go).
Somebody must have the magazines and be able to sift through to get more accurate dates
But I think this date is 1995 (the pictures of the hubs and detailed info) whoever scanned them will be able to say.
Shields are apparently new that year...
In early 1994 the suspension looked like this and probably newish 1993.
