Try setting fire to them .......if they burn with an intense white flame then they are magnesium :| hope this helps ......

They have a look of Campag Record OR about them but faded or corroded from the shiny finish.....

They resemble curve's or Rim Crushers to me.

They're very familiar, but they do look kind of home made.
Not Campag's though, they have full cut-outs and different hardware etc

BTW, this is NOT a joke. Cut off a little splinter with a pocket knife and try to ignite it with a lighter. If it burns it is Magnesium.

also, anyine recognize these Joe's brakes? I am wondeing if the 'classic' ones came first? I've seen a few sets of 'classic' Joes over time, but not these tubular ones. Thanks again
