Now I'm a malingerer. When there's no malingering to do, I split hairs.

I'm a Loiterer, fully qualified, 39 years in the Loitering trade, fancy a change though, if a post for a Malingerer comes up do you think i'm in with a chance ?

Welder fabricator/sheet metal worker, also qualified brickie(so boring, but good crack on site, well it used to be ) bus driver and occassional motorcycle courier. Basically i'll do anything to earn a crust, but like to change regularly to avoid getting bored

With your loitering experience, a sideways move into malingering should be possible, but to be honest there aren't the openings there used to be back in the noughties. You could retrain, but contacts are all-important in finding a stable malingering gig. It's not what you know: it's who you know.

In the current economic climate, you might want to consider a short vocational course in nepotism or hob-nobbing.

Do I get some sort of prize for having the most cushy job?... I'm a night porter in a very quiet hotel, I get to work set the planner on the sky box, abuse the free wi-fi, go to sleep if there's nothing to watch, wake up, have a cooked breakfast and go home.... and yes, i really do get paid for it

I am a qualified horticulturalist (well so the bits of paper with my name on say) but got fed up with the very seasonal work here on the island, i'd find myself working 70 hours a week 6-9 months a year and sitting around most of winter :evil:

Cycle mechanic/sales. Been working in bike shops since I left school (22 years ago). Started in current shop about 7 months ago (last place closed due to owner retiring) and am loving it, though some of the BSO's are a pain.
