what is this bicycle..........info needed

Hi folks I'm new to the forum but I've recently got myself a old road bike I'd say barnfind but it was out of a greenhouse lol. Anyways it's completely original tyres etc saddle everything is as it was. The only thing is I'm unsure of make model year etc and was wondering if you good people would help me

Looks most likely early post war (no head clip), cast BB shell, 7371 probably lug angles.

Some close ups of head lugs seat cluster, crown and ends might help.
Brown Brothers would supply any trader with frame components, lugs, tubing etc.

I guess that's a Chater Lea chainset so can't have been too shabby in its day (which is a bit before mine )
