A long, long time ago - but my Super Sprint got me through the "Round Sealand" ride in Denmark in 1989 - 320 km/200 mls in 9 hrs. 32 mins. 2 years earlier my Motobecane Grand Record (no longer in my possession) got me through the Norwegian "Styrkeproeve" - 560 kms/350 mls in 21 hrs. 10 mins. These days, my 8th decade limit seems to be around 130 kms/80 mls and I'm really k-ackered
