what is difference between "hand made" and "h

I got a TREK 920 it is "hand build" not "hand made" ,

i want to what is the difference??

I would guess that "Hand made" means the frame is made in the usa and the bike put together in the USA. And "hand built" means the bike is put together in the USA using a non US frame IE Taiwan welded.
 
thats true, there was a thread a while back about this, handbuilt,means they have imported the frame from say Taiwan, then built it into a bike in this country, and handmade, means the frame was welded in this country etc, the wording gets around certain laws, so hand built sounds great, but is no diff to you getting a frame and building it yourself into a bike.
 
Yes, Saracen used to declare hand built in England, which was fair enough seeing as the frame came from the far east and all the components,
