Manufactured by Pacific in 1990 and identical to this fisher.....bar canti mount on stays and cable routing through stem...
Forks,stem and seatpost are also the same as this ...


I've been scrolling and searching but not finding anything earlier or later that has a welded on frame canti hanger...maybe last of the line old stock frame pushed out!?? Hmmm!?
