What freewheel tool do I need for this?

So a Suntour pattern would do it? My head hurts.

I think its actually too small. I've not seen this type of freewheel before - it looks like bits are missing

No suntour is not wide enough.

I had to cut this one off earlier this year as somebody had already murdered the grooves.

You access the guts by removing the top cogs...but they wouldn't budge either. So i cut the top 2 off...then lifted off the bits and the remaining cogs. Then put the rest in a vice.

Saved the hub.....which was the aim.!

As I thought Suntour was too small.

The more I look, the more I think that there are bits missing

No. Its all there. It looks like there should be a locking ring, but the outer carrier with larger cogs just slips on locked by the top cogs. Silly design as you can't rescue the freewheel if you cant get the top cog off, unlike a more conventional design where you can pull it to bits and grip the guts in a vice.
