What frames do Spin wheels look at home on?

Fair point - fsvo of cool and good, though...

Even as far as not bothering with a chain, and just using The Force to transmit pedalling energy to the rear wheel.

Specialized/Hed and Mavic or Corima look AWESOME on the right time trial or velodrome bike... (or even "fixie." shhhh)...

But Spins are something different aesthetically and in terms of performance. I think they look kinda nasty on pretty much everything MTB. Spinergy are perhaps a hair less bad aesthetically--till they crack and break your collarbone.

I can see how they "work" on a carbon LTS, Y bike Trek, or a busy Cannondale but those examples are sort of a perfect storm of gross for me....
