What frame am I riding?

I bought this of the bay to replace my stolen trek 8500LT.

Can't make out the frame number on the BB, looks to of been written on using a demel

The frame number is there, but because sits under the plastic cable guide over time its worn the middle part of the number away. All I can make out is - HL990****E19

I like the idea of early development prototype,

Need some better photos really, dropouts etc. It could be Tange tubing of some sort from that finish. Is there a canti hanger on the rear?

I think it's a Lapierre because of the dropout
