Why Air forks. to get adjustment.
Not sure why people say SIDS where noodly when the Judy is the same outer afaik.
For you try a turn of the century Air b
Bomber of some sort if you want the 'look'
Else just stick some springs of the correct firmness in Judy or sprung Bombers.
Bombers being about the only old fork you'll be able to fully rebuild. though by the looks of it getting harder as peoplpe stop selling bushings.
At that weight I would not worry about the weight of the fork, more the correct fork for the job in all honesty.

Try getting hold of some RST XMO forks. They are excellent, have the Englund air internals you are after, light and stiff too. Generally you can pick these up for peanuts in comparison to judy sls with springs, let alone air cartridges.
