How to tell the difference between Mag 10 and 20's? Does the "index" dial mean anything?

index dial supposed to change damping settings. to be fair it worked quite well on mine. Not sure what the difference is between mag 10 and 20. others here will no doubt ;-)

I think that it's Mag 20 for if my memory serves right, there was no dialing options with the Mag 10, only air pressure.

mag 20 had the dial , mag 10 had an allen key adjuster in the top cap

Definitely a Mag 20. The brace indicates that it's one step removed from an RS-1 and the dials distinguish the Mag 20 from the Mag 10 (which just had rubber gromits over the needle value seal).
