What ever happened to Formula Bikes?

They should have given them bikes to you mate you raced them after all did they offer them to you after

Thought all Pros kept there bikes by the race teams

Yeah, I agree. I don't recall any offer for me to buy one at the time either. Although I must admit I wouldn't have had £1200 availble at the time. I do have a pair of forks and all the kit still though

I've got Nigel's old bike, it wasn't sold and went on to be raced. Plan to restore it soon !

Hi, the frame was raced then given to me by Phil Sharpe - co owner of the DPS composites

Frame number still there.

Two bikes were made a pit bikes for Nigel and Riccardo.

These were handed back to the factory later in 1992 I think.

I best add some of my pics to this then.....
Helped them out from around 1991 and built wheels for them (Deb's bike) as well as riding one for a season and in 'Totally Wild'.
Did a few tests on the DH bike, but broke it Never got to keep any
