What estate car?!

One of my hidden talents is my part time wedding/party DJ business. I am considering a new motor - it must be an estate with a massive boot so I can carry my PA, lights and mirror ball etc. Purchase cost no more than £1500 (very little disposable income right now). Suggestions, chaps? :)

Volvo V70 or 850, should be able to get an old T5 for that money if fuel economy isnt too important to you.

The last gen Vectra's have a huuuuge boot and early ones might come in budget. Other option might be a Volvo 740/60/960 :? :D

The Skoda Octavia estate is a pretty good car, but maybe not quite big enough for you.

they are golf estates and a wee bit shmall

I borrowed one a while back and would say it is a wee bit bigger than the Golf, and will be a damn site cheaper second hand.

discovery
huge inside them and parts are silly cheap

vaux omega are big inside too
volvo v70 was dissapointingly small inside

Ford Galaxy :p

more boot space than all of them^^^^ cheap to run, ferry people around too, and I've put 176k miles on mine and it's cost very little to run.
