Unfortunately , a few people seems to register just to sell .

It is good because we get to buy some more stuff ( is it really a good thing ? ) , and it is bad because they have no interest in contributing to the site .

this has happened a LOT on STW. contact the local police (local to the seller) & get them to give him a knock.

I dont think that a feedback would work , but maybe some selling rules for people we cant trust ( first post to sell ) . 1/2 money before receiving and other half when you get it for example .

so you would allow people to register to sell , but they would have to agree to your ( ours ) terms and conditions . ( provide proof of adress, etc... )

my 50p anyway .
