What disc brakes fit a Magura FS to IS adapter?

The adapter looks like an is to is, increasing rotor size a bit.

It's not. It's a Formula to IS adapter.

Took another look tonight. The Hope adapter is the closest. I'm sure it would fit with a little bit of filing.

I think the mount should go on the inside as the bolts thread into the post to is adapter from outside.

Strange the holes don't align, perhaps tolerance issue when made? Or wraps the hope and other mounts aren't sitting right due the the machining for the bolts as adapter should be inboard?
