Royal Mail refuse to refund me because I dont have my original proof of purchase!! :evil: :evil:

surely the PayPal sale receipt price is the new 'proof of purchase/sale' and it's current value ?

Try again! You'll probably find your claim is dealt with by a different person & they won't be such a **** about it!


If I was to send the Mona Lisa by royal mail (been in the family for years dontchaknow), would they expect me to have the original receipt?!
