What brand is this frame?

Are we absolutely convinced its not a Ritchey as much of its construction is just like a Ritchey frm what I'm seeing in catalogue scans and the construction does not change for quite late into the 90's ?
Principally its the top tube side cable routing that is causing me trouble as its the only bit that does not correspond with any Ritchey photo I can find.
I think it might be a late 90's Ritchey say 96 onward unless its definitely not a Ritchey :?

I think its a Pegasus (Sunbeam or Ithaka), an Austrian brand. I owned an Ithaka, it looked very similar.

Going out on a limb here but could it be a Saracen? They used Ritchey dropout on some frames and the brake cable tube is another Saracen characteristic.

The cable guides on the right side of the top tube are another Saracen feature.

Whatever, it looks like a nice piece of tin.

B92052 was the serial number in the pagasus thread on.
so from 1992 I guess which looks about right for the style of frame.


(some mention of Toyo, bike-tech etc, but not sure what all that is about)
