tuff tec crappy thing came in red and white or blue and white my mum wouldn't et me out with out it good that was an eye sore then wish i had it now (we still need a nostalger emoticon )
first proper helmet was a giro air blast in purple and orange - convinced myself I needed all the extra vents etc. Never spent so much on a helmet since, mid-range ones are fine IMO.
i had a bell v2 pro, the badge on the front slid up to reveal a small hole for air to your foreheah.only problem was the inner pad left circular imprint on the brow!
Have to vote for the Sub 6 Pro as my classic helmet of choice too, just bought a Giro Atmos which seems to be the nearest modern day equivalent.......still got the Specialized though
