At 03.04 i was walking back from my Mums house after getting fed steak pie and chips , up until then, out in the drive at 07.30 to fix a fuel leak on my VW Polo, noticed it on the way home from work last night, 08.30 on here for 1/2 hour or so, then off to the local car breakers to get this Zetec engine for my Escort project,

Took three hours as the whole subframe had to come off from under the car then the gearbox had to come off the motor.

Just in from the garage after playing with the Zetec motor (pulling bits off ), before that i managed to get the grass cut.

Going to nip in for a shower in a bit as i'm stinking of petrol, grease and grass cuttings

Riding the 'Black' Run at Thetford at 15:04, somewhere towards the end at that point as we finished around 15:20

A buddy from out of town is coming over with his bikes. We're riding (sport bikes) to a vintage swap meet this morning so he can look for some odds and ends for an old ASE Can Am he's restoring. We'll hit some twisties on the way back, then swap over to the MTBs in the afternoon and head down to the waterfront for a pub crawl. There's some music festival going on. Should be back in time to watch the final pairings coming around the corner at Pebble Beach.
