What are people's thoughts on 'retro modding' a steel frame?

There's both at the back, canti cable guide and a proper V brake stop....nice!

Have some silver Avid's here, although to be fair I do have my eye on some Pauls V brakes.... ;)

I had to have a friend mill some arms for some Onza HO to convert a russian titanium frame !
and this is way cheaper than Pauls Motolite at min 200 box a pair !
