What adapter do I need.

I wonder if anyone can help. I'm in the process of building upa 98 GT Zaskar and I'm fitting some Rockshox Recon (2012) withpost mount. I want to fit a Hope 5 caliper, does anyone know what adapter I would need and what size disc and indeed if anyone has one or the other...

Depends what size disc you're going for (160mm up to 203mm) ... budget, i'd go HERE and makes your choice.

I’ve just replied to you other thread. You will need a hope HBSM20mm which should allow you to fit a 185 rotor.

Or you could try this (and might be easier to find than the hope)

The 160-160 should give you a 165 rotor
And the 160-180 should give you a 185 rotor.

Like I said in your other post I will try an check the rotor sizes to confirm I’m giving you the correct info.

Hope C2 No5 is a 165mm front rotor, not 160mm. Post to IS is adaptor HBSM20H
This one seems a bit pricey but its the only one.

You can overcome the extra 5 mm by putting some matching washers between the fork mount and the adaptor.
