What a bike and a legend of a fork

I do remember, vaguely, a time when we thought 24" wheels would be the thing on DH bikes, it never came to anything though and look at them now! It looks awesome though, but possibly a bit too much fork?

24" was only really used for "free-ride" or "huck" bikes, such as this bike, or the karpiel apocalypse which was a weapon of a bike and used two shocks! Josh Bender used to do massive 50 foot drops. the other 12" forks used were the Risse Bigfoot, which were USD forks, and equally as cool. the other more common bike which used 24" (well normally a mix of 24" rear and 26" front" is the Specialised Big Hit, which again, was more of a free-ride bike. Think of the old northshore and big drops they were doing when the redbull rampage was starting out. 🤟
