What 27 x 1" tyres???

I'm going to resurrect some old wheels but the tyres are perished and will need to be replaced. I have 2 bikes coming, one will need to have fast but reasonable puncture protection the other is going to be a town / pub bike, so the puncture protection is more important......thoughts???

Schwalbe do a good range, such as the Active and Marathon.

Panaracer Pasela are also available in 27 and also look the part.

Actually, I've just spotted one bike has 27 x 1" tyres and very little clearance, so are there any good 27 x 1" tyres out there (fast but with puncture protection)...cheers
