My first Vintage build was a c1992 Wheeler E1 Ti ... around 19 lbs (17 when I went 1 x :cool:, but I cheated with some modern kit to make that happen.

My Kestrel CSX was an all retro WW build. It was a rideable 20.4 lbs when I was done. Love this bike.

I suspect my new One off Ti will be insanely light. I am betting on around 18lbs or less.
 
It´s not about the frame and fork. Slap a pair of bad 400grs 1.9 tires, 56cm 130grs hbars, 12/28 cassette and you have a light bike. Put back the good 2.3 700gr tires, rise bars and 12 32 cassette and you have the fun and capability back.
