I've got this as I wanted something that was good for running as well. It't got several vents and I have been drenched several times with not a drip getting through. It's got sleeves which are longer on the top of the arm so it works well on a bike and extends a bit further over the hands. It's very light and packs down small. It's £200 on the Patagonia website but I picked it up for £95 from a shop in Germany so available much cheaper if you shop around. Only downside is a lack of pockets.
