West Midlands Present 18th of Sept Forest of Dean ride!!

To be honest, I've only just started riding again after a loooong break. Did 11 miles last night, mix of road :( and dirt :D round the 'Sham.

I'm there this Sunday on the Roost, but will struggle to ride retro for much longer; my ride2work has been approved and I've just ordered a Specialised Camber FSR Comp!

I'm more worried about my brother to be honest, I'm a fat knacker but he's a lazy smoker. :D Plus we'll probably have the kids with us.

fod

please remember i am a fen boy, so the pace might not be to hard on the hills, and i do get a nose bleed going up a curb
