Well im going to Greenland in the morning

:shock: I've done that sea sickness,it aint fun.I got really sick taking a yacht from west coast of Scotland down to Milford Haven and i was sick the whole time.
It makes 4h on 4h off shifts a nightmare

My advice is stay on deck,going below only makes things worse. ;)
Dry bread helps keep your stomach in check[+ it gives you something to sick up later ] :LOL: :LOL:
Take heart,other notable sickies include Chay Blyth and Lord Nelson ;)

I used to get a bit sick when we went to sea on our trawler years ago,it will wear off when you get used to it a bit,tips;

1; do not sit down or lay down :!:
2;use your legs to counteract the ships motion :!: (sea legs)
3;dont go to sea :LOL: :LOL: :LOL:

Hope the seasickness passes soon. Nothing more miserable in my book!

Reindeer is actually quite nice - I remember tracking it down in a supermarket in Finland and cooking it in the camper - those were the days.

Enjoy the job - pics soon?

Reindeer is really tasty, as long as it's prepared right. Sautéed Reindeer meat with mashed potatoes, pickled cucumber & lingonberries is one of my favorite dishes up in Lapland. :)

End of off topic ;)

To CK: May the sea-gods be with you !

My tip for sea sickness in pineapple, it's about the only thing that tastes the same coming back up as it did going down.
