Welding help needed in West Yorks - stuck BB

Ok I have sold my GT frame but I promised the buyer I would do my best to get the seized BB out. I have exhausted the tools I have.
I basically need someone with some engineering type facility, namely stuff like a massive solid metal vice fixed solidly to something - not my plastic vice attached to a wobbly table.
Also a pillar drill may come in very handy with some top notch drill bits.
If you've removed stuck BB's before then all the better.
Don't point me in the direction of LGF's guide to removal as that won't work with my situation, I know as I've used it before but this is very different.

Any pictures of the bottom bracket in situ ?

Unfortunately the person who I bought it from made a right mess of it to start off with so I didn't have much to go on. I thought I could do the RHS but I've killed my Park spanner trying, even with loads of leverage.
I want to keep the paint intact.
I did get the RHS cup to move about 1/5th of a turn tonight but that was in three goes. I figure if I can get that out I stand a better chance with the LHS as I can then take the axle out.

Christ, thats a mess. Only a couple of options I reckon, you could grind it flat and weld a big length of box section or flat bar to it, failing that its a hammer and bolster. Heating the frame may also help. Good luck - you're going to need it!!

you need a threaded bolt about a 8 inches long with two bolts at each end and some non slip sprung washers...tighten the bolts up so they bite hard from both sides...employ big spanner and extension bar to turn..you have to turn from the inside of the bb to unscrew the shell...

other method....drill 4 holes at 90 deg to each other ..do the same with a large thick plate strip and screw it to the shell ...then apply leverage to unscrew...

your last ditch is to cut out with a blade...drill a large hole and use a steel bladed cutter on a jigsaw and take ya time ...the lbs can always retap the bb...or use a bb that doesnt need threads on the frame.

next method...drill two big holes opposite each other...place two big bolts in and put a lever between them to lever away ...

I had thought about the methods that include drilling but my drill bits and a hand held drill wouldn't touch the metal that it's made from.
