Welding experts …. Is this salvageable

My (unsolicited) opinion:

If it's intended to be decorative, then dress it and weld it and polish it until it meets the aesthetic intent. Hang it and enjoy it.

If it's for repair to ride, then cutting out sections and rewelding is possible: badly or safely. Either way, it will cost. What's your attitude to risk? Can you afford possibly serious trauma followed by a rehab period? At my age (60yo), I couldnt.

I'd keep looking...

I'll likely keep looking anyway as thats what I'm like until i find a perfect one.
