Wedge for 1 1/8" quill stem

I need to raise the bars on a kids' bike but the wedge is completely stuck. I've tried to shift it but no luck.

Fortunately the stem is currently right down as low as it can go, and it needs to be raised quite a bit. The stem itself moves freely so I can get away with leaving the original stuck in place and using a new wedge instead.

The stem is a 1 1/8" model so does anyone have a suitable wedge to fit?

Do the angles vary? I have one but it has to be the same angle as the stem or it won't work at all.
