yep the last 3 things I have bought have arived like this, although opened carefull they make great boxes for posting books in with little bubble wrap.

I bought some power links came as yours did in an A4 cardboard box. Thought I'd got lucky at first and got someone else's order for my £3.50.

well the last order I made was an xtr front mech....I got a crappy iron horse seat.....£8 worth........and some xtr socks.....they told me to keep them

then my mech turned up a week later in box big enough to live in if you were a tramp.....ridiculous in these.....erm.....recycling conscious times......must cost them more to post those as well :?

Also ordered some diadora spd shoes...that come in a box....in a bigger box.....must have cost a tenner to send them out :?

I ordered a £10 set of chain rings on Jan 4th. They arrived in an Amazon box last Wednesday - bizarro. Funnily enough, the replacement set that they sent after declaring the original lost also arrived the same day. In a jiffy bag.

It is a pain though as jiffy bags will fit through the letter box.
Cardboard boxes won't, so if I'm not in I get a card pushed through, which means queueing at the sorting office for ages to be confronted by the most miserable, inefficient git ever!

Ha, on one of my orders they sent me a tool kit instead of XT crank set, I wsa hoping they would let me keep it, but no, had to send heavy tool kit back... from australia, cost more than the tool kit by far. Oh well they did give me a credit for it all.

They also like to do weird stuff with the currency conversion...

other than that they are great!

My Brand-X crank bolts from CRC came in a huge cardboard box the other day, after finding it on my desk at work it was a bit of a disappointment when I opened it and saw what was actually inside. Can't fault the speed or price of their service though.
