Ha ha I know! I’ve not been around for a while and the interface has changed lol
It needs to be with rings or shimano mtb bcd.

£20 range, else I’ll get a cheap alivio set

Umm… would need to be five arm, I have some old Altus rings, need to measure them but they fit my Ritchey WCS cranks which are 110 I think!

Rings... meh, can include a steel granny ring but thats about it - or a set of steel Biopace!
