Wanted: suntour vx s derailleur or part

Hi! The main spring in my suntour vx s rear derailleur has gone. I'd like to buy eithe this part or a full derailleur (suntour vx s, or vx gt or similar). Anyone got anything?

Sorry, Merlin1952. My VX stuff is spoken for. I've pm'd the lucky recipient, but the message is stuck in my Outbox. Not sure if it stays there until it is read. Anyway, good luck with trying to get sorted.

Merlin1952 I'd say apart from wanted forums like on here, the best bet is old bike shops or coops, or ebay. As suggested in my original post, the springs from the different VX series models seem to be interchangeable, at least. Also, I'll be making sure from now on to run this derailleur with the longest chain I can possibly give it, to avoid too much stress on the spring.
