Wanted : Steel Winter Trainer Frame 54cm c-t

I'm looking for a steel winter trainer frame, 54-55cm c-t , something like an Olmo Giro would be great with mudguard eyelets and clearance for 25mm tyres at minimum . Rear rack mounts a bonus . To be really difficult it would also have to have road ends so I can run it singlespeed (for now) . I have a very nice 90's Olmo Giro frame in a 52 c-t at built up at present which is a bit small so also willing to trade .

Any help would be greatly appreciated !
