Wanted - Something large, light & cheap!

I am needing a lightweight 20" or similar bike to get back into riding on.
I was due to buy one earlier in the year but a broken ankle put paid to that so am needing something to use to get fit and into it again.
I was thinking of a steel Kona or similar.
I am 6'2" and live in Somerset, anyone got anything suitable?

If you're up for building something up I've an XL Bontrager Privateer frame for sale, it's 21" centre to top but feels a little smaller. Any good?
