Hi,

Building a MTB for my 10-year old who is around 5ft so needs to be very small, ideally 14 inch or 15 inch. Will consider anything not too heavy, either disc or V-brakes.

What have you got ?

Nick

   its actually one of their better frames (took me months to find out what is was as it has x lite decals), wouldnt know otherwise, ive only seen 3 others and they were online

.243 racing frame. 4130 aly..not the lightest frame..but virtually indestructable according to reports..

In excellent barely used condition...V or discs...seatpost and clamp inc.

Very hard core...

Azonic ds2 in 14" flavour, alloy frame with horizontal dropouts and a pretty short tt, v mounts and could be disk with an az adaptor... Singlespeed only though, no rear hanger.....

Can chuck in an Fsa headset and kalloy seatpost

4130 is steel not alloy and it'll be a heavyish boy

Guys,

10/10 for effort but unfort. I reckon the .243 is about twice too heavy and the Azonic won't do for lack of gears.
He's only 35kgs or so and besides, he's already got a dirt BMX.

Keep them coming though!!

Cheers.

A little bit different:

British Eagle EXS frame (6000 series Aluminium) & Forks (Tange fork IIRC). Vitals are:

Centre BB to Centre Top = 10" (yes 10")
Centre BB to Top of Seat Tube = 13"
Top Tube Length 21"
Virtual 21.6"
