Wanted - seat post for Pace RC200 F3

Hi all,

Maybe you can help me, I need a seat post for my Pace, the seat tube ID measures about 29.14mm but I'm uncertain what standard size seat post will fit.

I'd also love a classic Flite Titanium saddle to go with it?..

Any suggestions or offers greatly received...
