Wanted - Seat Pin Bolt

I'm after a seatpost bolt for my Raleigh project.

I think originally it was a Specialites TA allen key style bolt - but has been replaced with a nasty rusty std bolt arrangement.

Anyone got something suitable? I realise there are loads of these available on eBay from China - just wondered if anyone had anything nicer, from the right period (80's) kicking around in the spares box that they want to part with?

OAL when tightened up is 50mm.
Just cover the postage if of use.

It's a poor picture, tried to paste in both ends as well

little piece of chrome plate flaked off one end (where the red loop is), 5mm allen (I think), ranges from approx 22mm up to approx 30mm.
Similarly, if it's any good, yours for the price of the postage.
