Wanted-RockShox Coupe Deluxe rear shock for GT LTS.

Hi all.

After a RockShox Coupe Deluxe rear shock for my GT LTS re-build. I know, they are as rare as rocking horse poo but want to find a good one closer to home before trying to source one from the US!

If not complete shock then replacement spring in v.good condition please. Old spring was painted some years ago and has now become chipped and tatty.

Get it from icyclesusa, cheap as chips and delivered within a week. Watch out for Customs though -

Thanks mate but they have sold out. Also asked them if they shipped to my location here in the Channel Islands. They said no because they have had problems with our local postal service! Only way to send would be through a 3rd party in mainland UK.

The one listed on eBay looks suspiciously like one from icycles. Sellers been on here a few times and prob saw a way of making easy money.

I recently bought 3 shocks from icycles. 1 coupe deluxe and 2 Lobo pull shocks. Sorry but none are for sale as they'll be needed for spares as the parts get scarcer and scarcer.

BETD did have some for sale a while bike. Try emailing them

Check out my sale thread mate... springs in fairly good condition but its a 650... from the front and sides it will polish up ok.

Just out of interest - is the Coupe Deluxe likely to have been fitted to a '98 or '99 Specialized FSR.
If the answer is yes, I might have one lurking in the garage.

Blimey - I had forgotten all about my old LTS 2000. I am still on the lookout for a really good quality Coupe Deluxe if poss. I do have a reasonable one if push came to shove and I finally get around to restoring the bike.

Thanks for the offer but I don't think the shock you mentioned will fit. The Rockshox has a trunnion mounting and is specific to the LTS model. Thanks once again

I don't know if anyone has ever come up with fitting a different make of shock to this frame ? Would be nice to know
