I've got a dbr axis TT from 95 that i think is in your size bracket (need to confirm). Same as the one currently for sale minus the cracked weld. It is a very clean frame, but does have a couple of minor issues. 1. Previous owner removed the rear canti bridge between the seat stays. 2. One canti bolt has sheared off.
If you plan to run V brakes, point 1 is a non-isdue, but you can still use cantis with a seat post mounted adapter.
I bought some easy outs to sort the canti bolt, just not got around to it yet. I've got some spare bolts to fit too (i think in the correct size).
If you wanted a to frame with bounce, I've a 95 litespeed obed fs currently for sale too. I may also part with my dynatech tourus as well which is a 19 inch iirc.
