ps you might want to consider the positioning of your ski bar end things they appear to be fitted upside down!

nice bike though, I've owned a few similar - one exactly the same in fact

and I'll hazard a guess that your front wheel is wrong way round too, judging by the quick release lever (and the tyre?)

going by the pic I think you'll want at least a 200mm steerer, good look with that on an old fork!

as I say, the round black plastic bit on top is the top cap, there is no nut in an ahead system - you called it a nut not me
