Wanted: Kona 16" steel frame

Hi,

I am looking for a Kona 16" steel frame, cinder cone, lavadome or other from the mid 90's. It must take a 1 1/8th steerer. The intention is to fit a rigid P2 fork with IS disc mount. If someone already has this and wants to sell it on then it could be perfect!

The older cinder cone has a 1 inch steerer, I have picked up one of these early frames and I'm having all sorts of problems sourcing the parts I want for it, so I'm having another go with a more suitable frame.

Ok. A mate helping me out has pointed out that a 17" will do just as fine. It's for my girlfriend who is 5'4". I have an 18" cinder cone that she enjoys but it's a stretch and the proper size would be ideal. I'm finding some 18's around with potential but naff all in the smaller sizes.

Am I on a hiding to nothing? Do these frames exist?

I've a Kona Koa and Cinder Cone, I had already sold the latter but the buyer lost their job soon after and didn't pay up, I'm just waiting to get the bike back.
