Hi, ive been looking at a few marin frames, im off to see one after xmas, but in the meantime i thought id check what else was out there for £200 or less (Preferably a lot less!), i do like Mantra's, but would consider various others, just for recreational use, nothing too serious, oh, and im 5'11", ta!

where at carge? Is it full bike or frame

At the mo I've stripped the bike down, so its just the frame with an FSA headset, square taper bottom bracket, Shimano STX front mech, and marin lite qr seat post clamp and rear mech hanger. I have been riding it with an x-fusion rear shock but i want to hang onto that, but i do have the original marin coil rear shock which I can supply with the frame. I can't say how good or bad the shock is as its not been on the bike for years! Not sure what its worth, all I know is that it was only produced for 1 year (1997) with this frame design and I've only ever seen a few in the 10 years I've owned it. How does £120 sound?
