wanted. hope 165mm disc

hi, i need a 165mm hope rear disc, but its got to be 4 bolt and i can't find one anywhere!! :?

managed to find one on ebay but its not hope just unbranded 165mm 4 bolt looks like hope but only costs £8.
item no. 200610548180 will this work?

i have a cannondale coda front hub/full wheel with the same disc on it if that helps

don't know hub make, my fronts hope hub in black but rear has no logo etc, but is same colour grey as my mavic d321 rims, looks like shimano or something?
