Wanted - Front Derailleur shim 31.8 collar to 28.6 frame

Good morning all,

Does anybody have a front derailleur shim so i can use a Shimano 31.8 size collar on a frame measuring 28.6.

Help would be greatly apprecated

You can buy these from the likes of chainreaction cycles dude,, around £ 2.99 iirc....
