Hi, I can't help you with the FB shifters I'm afraid (I have a set that are on my flat bar Raleigh Airlite), there's a set on Ebay in Germany, NOS but rather pricey - http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Campagnolo-FB ... SwZQRYd3DV
I do however have a NOS Veloce triple FB specific front derailleur that could be looking for a home if you need one? You're probably already aware the standard FD won't work with the FB shifters as the cable pull is different to the Ergo shifters.
If the idea of mixing Campagnolo and Shimano doesn't make you feel slightly sick (it does me) you can use a pair of Shimano Tiagra SL-4600 flat bar shifters and a JTEK Shiftmate Model 3 with a Campagnolo 10 speed rear derailleur. The standard Campagnolo front derailleur will work fine with the Shimano FB shifters, so I am told.

Cheers for that
I was thinking they're like hens teeth alright.
As it's not for my bike I'm gonna recommend switching the bike to Shimano bits ( it's gonna be a commuter so not putting the good stuff on. Just enough that it works well without attracting attention when locked up
