Middle one possibly, what's the wall thickness like on the wedge? Problem with the spare one I had is the two parts (stem and wedge) dont interface properly.

3.3mm wall thickness at sides.

Wall thickness of stem at interface is 1.5mm

TBH any expander wedge should generally be okay, providing it's correct for the steerer's internal diameter (25.4" for a 1 1/8" stem).

Velocity Stems came out of the same HL factory as Zoom and Kalloy so any of the above offered by Walterscot may even be the same as supplied! Hope this helps
